Smart Plugin Manager – $45/m + GST
Automatically update software on the site. This is done once a month. If there are any issues with any updates, the site will revert back to the last clean backup. Any tech issues will be quoted to fix before updates can continue.
Just like your computer or phone, it’s always important to keep the software updated. Sucuri released some website hacking stats from 2018 which saw an increase of malware attacks (increased from 47% to 56%). 44% of hacks are due to WordPress versions being out of date and 66% through backdoor holes due to out of date software.
For all of our website care plans, you can add $9 a month to get access to Smart Robbie’s Premium Plugins. If you are on our platinum plan, there is no extra cost to access Smart Robbie’s Premium plugins listed below.

The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening.
If your site goes down, we will work directly with your hosting company to get it back up.
If your site has errors or breaks, we will provide up to an hour of fixes due to update breaks. If the fixes are longer than an hour we will roll the website back to a backup and provide a quote for the fixes.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
If your site is hacked, you will need to get a Sucuri hack removal for $400 + GST. If you are on our website maintenance plans, our time to work with Sucuri is covered including updating any software post clean up. The only cost to clean up the hack is the Sucuri subscription for 1 year. If you are on our website WP Engine hosting plan, the cleanup is included in the hosting plan.
Absolutely. We are all about a relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated Website Support Developer..
We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation, we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed fee.
Once login details are provided, we will start your maintenance within 24-48 hours.
We update your website once a month at a minimum. Majority of the time your site is updated weekly.
Some updates may be delayed due to conflicts or security risks. We will update them as soon as they are safe to update if this is the case.
Our plans are flexible. We can add priority support for editing your website such as adding blogs, content changes and more. We can customise the plan to suite your needs. Minimum 30 min a month can be added to the plan.
You are engaging Smart Robbie, as an independent contractor to perform work as described in the package(s) or service(s) you have purchased. In the event access to your website is necessary, you hereby authorises Smart Robbie access and “write permissions” to all directories and files of your account with any other third party hosting provider, as well as permission to install any necessary WordPress plugins for maintenance and security.
Smart Robbie does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content of the websites it manages, maintains and/or hosts.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices appearing on this site are subject to change without notice. Once a client of Smart Robbie, you authorise Smart Robbie to charge the payment method you submitted for all the invoices generated for the services rendered by Smart Robbie. In order to cancel your recurring payment or change payment method, simply contact Smart Robbie prior to your payment due date.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation of any monthly recurring service can occur at anytime after your first 1 month (30 days) of service. No Refunds are available after your purchased package or service has been started, unless otherwise specified in any authorised by Smart Robbie.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Smart Robbie reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
THIRD PARTY OR CLIENT PAGE MODIFICATION
With a WordPress based website, client will independently edit or update his or her web pages after completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed upon in this agreement by client and Smart Robbie. If anyone other than Smart Robbie or its subcontractors attempts to update the web site and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be assessed at an hourly rate of $150 + GST per hour beyond the time allotted in the monthly care plan. There is a one-hour minimum.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Although there are limitations to the guarantees we can provide, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read and understand our limits of liability before ordering services.
Smart Robbie does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the functions contained in these webpages or the Internet website will meet the client’s requirements or that the operation of the webpages will be uninterrupted or error-free.
